Launched at the 1994 Geneva motor show as the successor to the 348, the F355 was released as the brand’s staple mid-engined V8 supercar in coupé and GTS forms, the spider variant followed a year later with its Pininfarina-penned lines and semi-automatic soft-top - a first for Ferrari. The mid-mounted, dry-sumped, 3.5L V8 revs to a screaming 8250rpm and outputs a strong 380bhp, and produced the highest specific output for a naturally aspirated car at the time.

This UK-supplied 1996 F355 Spider is presented in its original colour of Argento Nurburgring silver with blue hood and Nero black leather interior. Specified in the more desirable right-hand drive configuration, with a gated manual shift, the car is one of 315 spiders in this configuration and remains in excellent condition with just 33,000 miles.

N552 VPF was first registered in December 1996 and comes with a full service history (including a cambelt change) from respected Ferrari specialists Bob Houghton. The car comes complete with the original toolkit in tan leather-bound case, blue tonneau cover and protective car cover, ensuring the car is perfectly preserved.

The car is a fine example of the F355, has been meticulously cared for and wants for nothing. Perfect for a weekend blast on a sunny day, this manual F355 spider delivers the thrill and engaging performance Ferrari have become renowned for.
