The DB series built by Aston Martin during the 1950’s and 60’s remain one of the most iconic and coveted cars ever built.  Brought to early prominence by the racing exploits of such great drivers as Moss, Salvadori and Brooks before becoming immortalized by Sean Connery in the James Bond Films.  To this day their beautiful lines, eager engine and atmospheric sense of occasion make them a favourite the world over.

This 1960 Aston Martin DB4 Series 2 car remains in its original colour of Wedgewood Blue and is in stunning condition throughout due to a recent, nut and bolt restoration.  The comprehensive mechanical work was carried out to exacting standards by classic racing specialist Peter Chambers Automotive while XK Engineering were responsible for the bare metal respray.  The car now wants for nothing, is wonderful to drive and has a crisp exhaust note just as a well set up DB should have.

The car is accompanied by a wonderful history file detailing ownership back to new, MOT certificates back to the mid 60’s confirming the mileage of 64,000 miles as well as other correspondence and bills.  Now run in and serviced, this beautiful motor car represents an opportunity to acquire an ‘as new’ matching numbers DB4.
